Section 46
Prohibition on publication of news related to government affairs
Any civil servant without authorization from the Government of Nepal, any secret or prohibited matter obtained by him while performing his official duties, any document or news written or collected by him, directly or indirectly, to any unauthorized employee or non-governmental person or to the press. Do not give or tell. This ban will also apply to people who are not in government service for any reason.
